The Online Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course is designed for a professional who has had previous Lean Six Sigma training and requires a further in depth understanding and the Black Belt certification from an Internationally recognised training organization

( 6SigmaStudy). The certified Black Belt will have the tools to be able to assist in strategic planning, project selection and risk management at an enterprise level.  6SigmaStudy is an Accredited organization with PMI ( Project Management Institute). Completion of the exam qualifies the candidate for 55 PDUs with PMI.   

The exam is  online 125 muliple choice questions.  It is a 180 minute proctored exam ( by webcam ). 

 

All our online classes come with PDUs for use in re-accredation of your PMP with the Project Management institute ( PMI.org ).    PMI Rep number is 2053.

COURSE LEARNING OBJECTIVES
